A new logo and submarks kick off the new realtor brand identity design for The Schlendorf Team out of Danville, California – representing 40+ years of local, family real estate service. Their history, like the oak tree, runs deep in Danville.

The father-daughter team of Jack and Caroline Schlendorf had recently teamed up with another local realtor, Laura Crawford to form The Schlendorf Team. This redesign elevates the Schlendorf Team image in the Easy Bay community and ushers in a new partnership with the Compass family of realtors.

Jack and Caroline are knowledgable professionals with over 56 years of real estate experience in Alameda and Contra Costa counties and the top-producing agents in the Danville office of Compass.

Sophisticated color palette, a mix of traditional and modern typography, and a logo mark referencing the icon of Danville all combine to reinforce The Schlendorf Team’s unique brand message.
